Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer heating and cooling needs.
Advise customers on the best HVAC products and services to meet their comfort and efficiency requirements.
Present and explain pricing, financing options, and product benefits.
Close sales and manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in HVAC, sales, or business is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
General knowledge of home construction and residential mechanical systems.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand basic residential HVAC concepts and interpret technical documents related to HVAC systems.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
