- Lead, mentor, and inspire residential service technicians, ensuring their professional development.
- Supervise all aspects of a residential service division, including scheduling and project oversight.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain high work standards.
- Promote a customer-focused culture, emphasizing outstanding service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and address concerns effectively.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Manage inventory and collaborate on business growth strategies.
- Uphold company values and ethical standards consistently.
Requirements for the Operations Project Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years' management experience, preferably in home services.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management.
- Lean Six Sigma proficiency is essential.
- Familiarity with home services systems, components, and technologies, along with industry regulations and safety standards, is advantageous.
- Experience with HVAC software, tools, and equipment for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills, demonstrating critical thinking and analytical aptitude.
