Success in this role as Operations Project Manager involves motivating, training, leading, and coaching a residential service team to success.
You will be responsible for overseeing our residential service department, implementing, and tracking KPI’s, building and maintaining internal and external relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top-quality service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities of the Operations Project Manager:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire residential service technicians, ensuring their professional development.
  • Supervise all aspects of a residential service division, including scheduling and project oversight.
  • Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain high work standards.
  • Promote a customer-focused culture, emphasizing outstanding service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and address concerns effectively.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Manage inventory and collaborate on business growth strategies.
  • Uphold company values and ethical standards consistently.



Requirements for the Operations Project Manager:
  • Minimum of 5 years' management experience, preferably in home services.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management.
  • Lean Six Sigma proficiency is essential.
  • Familiarity with home services systems, components, and technologies, along with industry regulations and safety standards, is advantageous.
  • Experience with HVAC software, tools, and equipment for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills, demonstrating critical thinking and analytical aptitude.
