The Role You'll Play:

As a customer-focused Residential Service Plumber, you'll be at the forefront of diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing components. Your responsibilities include:

• Completing plumbing and drain cleaning service calls.
• Repairing pipes, tanks, and water fixtures.
• Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, and toilets.
• Testing systems for leaks and identifying issues.
• Establishing strong customer rapport.
• Educating customers on financing options and maintenance plans.
• Presenting yourself as a professional and knowledgeable expert to secure referrals and repeat business.



Requirements for Success:

• Minimum of 2 Years of Plumbing Experience.
• Alabama Journeyman License OR Apprentice License with at least 2 years of experience.
• Residential Service experience required.
• Experience with Water Heaters required; grinder pump experience is a plus!
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
