Responsibilities for the Outbound Leads Customer Service Representative:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and sales leads.
  •  Perform recurring service and sales calls to drive revenue.
  • Conduct "Happy Calls" to ensure customer satisfaction with services performed.
  • Process payments and handle financing for customers as needed.

Qualifications for the Outbound Leads Customer Service Representative:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4 PM.
