Responsibilities for the HVAC Service Technician:
- Be the Hero: Skillfully repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and control systems, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Proactive Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance procedures on residential HVAC systems, contributing to their longevity and efficiency.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and earning their trust and loyalty.
- Efficiency is Key: Keep communication clear and consistent with dispatch and team members, maintaining company standards for appearance, paperwork, and efficiency.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Utilize your troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues with HVAC components, ensuring reliable performance.
- Stay on Top: Keep company trucks and inventory updated, ensuring maximum efficiency in daily tasks and repairs.

Requirements for the HVAC Service Technician:
- Experience Matters: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems, with sales experience highly preferred.
- Certifications: Possess valid EPA certification, with OSHA or NATE certifications considered a plus.
- Technology: Service Titan experience preferred.
- Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
- Team Player: Ability to work in various settings and participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Physically capable of lifting to 50+ pounds and working in challenging environments.
- Clean Record: Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
