We're searching for skilled individuals to join our team as Automatic Door Repair and Installation Technicians in our Lake Worth, FL location. This is an excellent opportunity if you are mechanically inclined, are comfortable using tools, and have at least one-year experience in residential or commercial door services, construction, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, maintenance, or any similar skilled trades. We train and have incredible opportunities for upward mobility.

• Take the lead in installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of automatic doors and security products.
• Spot opportunities to offer our top-notch products and services to solve customer issues.
• Own the entire service process, from pre-service consultations to post-service follow-ups.
• Keep close tabs on parts and materials using our state-of-the-art tracking systems; no repair work is needed on your part.
• Stay organized and manage job-related paperwork efficiently with the help of our company-issued technology.

• At least 1 year of experience in the trades.
• Experience in Commercial door, hardware, or automatic door highly preferred.
• Comfortable with tools.
• Excellent communication skills and can work independently or in a team environment.
• Intellectually curious and keen to learn new tech and techniques.
• Open to working extra hours or weekends when needed.
• Mechanically inclined, can handle physical work in various settings and lift over 75 pounds.
