Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:
  • Collaborate closely with our Owner-Operator to shape strategic direction and provide leadership to the team.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations across all locations, prioritizing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assume responsibility for optimizing P&L and balancing the sheet effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric approach and maintain exceptional service delivery standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to and enforcement of compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols according to guidelines set.

Requirements for the Operations Manager:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of 7+ years.
  • Knowledge of Residential Home Services Industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities, adept at transforming financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Skilled leader capable of assembling and guiding a successful team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in fostering relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and software systems to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software.
