Installation Supervisor - Flemington, NJ

In this role, you'll oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor a team of installers. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Ensure installations are completed according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team.

• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of installations.

• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Train and mentor junior installers.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six years of experience in HVAC installation.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.1

• EPA Universal certification.

• NAEP certification is a plus.
