Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed Commercial HVAC Sales Targets: Consistently exceed baseline sales targets, revenue goals, and other key objectives within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Meet and surpass minimum sales activity requirements, engaging with commercial clients via phone and in-person to drive PM renewals and introduce new, advanced HVAC solutions.
  • Master the SANDLER Process: Utilize the SANDLER sales process to craft compelling presentations that resonate with prospect buying motives in the commercial HVAC sector, emphasizing technical expertise and system knowledge.
  • Leverage Advanced HVAC Sales Tools: Maximize the effectiveness of sales tools and product samples, demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and systems to close complex deals.
  • Drive Profitable Growth: Understand the intricacies of profitability and ensure all sales contribute to sustainable business growth within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Build Strategic Client Relationships: Proactively address client needs and identify up-sell opportunities through strategic business reviews, focusing on advanced HVAC system upgrades and maintenance.
