Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial settings, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor junior HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Train and develop team members on technical skills and best practices.
• Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high levels of performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details and addressing their questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
• EPA Universal certification (required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.¹
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to complete all necessary paperwork.
• Commercial HVAC and oil experience are a plus!
