Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Schedule service appointments for technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve problems effectively.
Identify sales opportunities and promote our service plans and membership programs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
