HVAC Service Technician - Richmond, VA

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
Install and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
Manage time and resources effectively to complete jobs efficiently.
Adhere to all safety standards and HVAC codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC emergencies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
EPA Universal certification.
Proven experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
