Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam, according to customer specifications.

• Prepare job sites for insulation installation, including setup and cleanup.

• Work collaboratively with a small crew to complete installations efficiently and safely.

• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working condition.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience installing residential or commercial insulation products.

• Knowledge of insulation installation techniques and building codes.

• Familiarity with the NYSERDA program requirements is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
