Residential HVAC Service Technician

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to ensure the optimal performance of our customers' indoor air quality systems. This pivotal role demands a skilled professional holding a current EPA and refrigeration certification and exceptional troubleshooting and customer service capabilities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, capable of working in diverse environments, and possess the physical stamina to handle lifting tasks. Excellent communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC issues in residential settings.
  • Install and maintain HVAC fixtures, heating/cooling systems, and ventilation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and HVAC codes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC emergencies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.

What We Need From You:

  • Valid EPA Universal and Refrigeration certifications required.
  • Extensive experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
