In this role, you'll not only be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, but you'll also play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior technicians. As Our Lead HVAC Service Technician, You Will:
Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions in residential and/or commercial settings.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety regulations and industry best practices.
Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.
Lead and mentor junior HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
Train and develop team members on technical skills and best practices.
Ensure the team adheres to quality standards and safety protocols.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high levels of performance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HVAC service and install.
EPA certification (required).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
