Responsibilities for the Technician Apprentice:
• Become an Industrial Door Technician: Gain hands-on experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining doors, as well as other entrance or security products.
• Demonstrate initiative: Take proactive steps to contribute to projects, showcasing autonomy in a challenging yet supportive environment aimed at achieving project excellence with minimal supervision.
• Embrace a culture of learning and adaptation: Seize the opportunity to absorb knowledge and techniques from your trainer, leveraging your existing skills and displaying a hunger for personal and professional growth.
• Uphold professional standards on the worksite: Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and professional work environment, with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to craftsmanship, and a proactive approach to problem-solving for our valued customers.

Requirements for the Technician Apprentice:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Successful completion of a background and drug screening.
- Experience in carpentry, electrical work, military service, HVAC, or related fields, are preferred.
- Proficiency using a variety of power and hand tools.
- Ability to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Capable of lifting 75+ pounds and working at heights using ladders.
